I realize the beauty
I recoginize the depth
Unable to handle the chaos it brings me
Yet cant seem to hide from it any longer
I have known all along the impact
I lived for it and it lived through me
All the days that have followed and all the days to come
Shadowed by the little girl
Wishing it would go away
Its time to say hello again
All the frustration and the pain
Its time to face the truth to heal
Hold my hand to help me
As much as you can at least
I am weak and weary
I am scared and alone
I am all that I had hoped not to be
These games we play in life are shameful
Life is much too sweet
Life through a child so new and angelic
Eyes so crystal clear
They see
Pray for the inner peace
The one thing we all strive to be
Happy and loved
Careful yet carefree
Humble and gracious
Instead of what consumes me

Make it better
In life we rely so much on love
Independance and dependancy

My roots have lead me here
